As Director of Inclusive Leadership & Culture at Techleap.nl Ingrid Tappin is on a mission to help The Netherlands become the most diverse and inclusive tech ecosystem in the world. Together with her team she is building new bridges between diverse communities, helping the ecosystem leverage the business power of diversity and inclusion, all aimed to support Dutch tech founders attract, retain and develop the best national and international talent.

Ingrid is educated with a cum laude master’s degree in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Amsterdam. She is a Guest Lecturer at Nyenrode Business University, and Associate at The NeuroLeadership Institute.

As a former co-founder of a SaaS start-up, who also worked for Accenture’s Culture & Leadership practice, at Techleap Ingrid follows her passion for turning theory into business impact.
